Product Overview
The special-shaped sealing machine, spinning machine, edging machine, and aluminum can die making machine is a complete forming and edge-processing solution composed of the main sealing machine, pulley, hydraulic system, vacuum system, and main cutting unit. This advanced equipment is designed for forming aluminum alloy tank heads, pressure vessel components, and various irregular containers.
Due to the low elongation characteristics of aluminum alloy tank materials, cracks may appear during forming when the inner curvature is small. To address this challenge, our latest special-shaped sealing head machine with an inner arc of 40mm and spinning height of 70mm has been successfully developed to ensure stable forming quality.
