Work Features

1. Stepless Speed Regulation

The variable-speed control system allows smooth adjustment for different cutting requirements,ensuring better process stability and easier maintenance.

2. Fast Workpiece Adjustment

When positioning the head on the working table, the operator simply releases the selector handle and rotates the table easily, improving setup speed and productivity.

3. Dual Control: Cabinet + Remote Control

The machine supports operation both through the main electrical cabinet and the handheld remote box. The rotary table can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise based on cutting needs.

System Structure

Rotary Table System

The system includes a table platform, mechanical base, turning mechanism, and self-locking transmission structure. The transmission route is: Motor → Two-stage reducer → Rotary table.

Electrical Control System

The electrical cabinet contains a frequency converter, contactors, fuses, control transformer, and protective modules to ensure safe and stable operation.

If rotation direction is incorrect, the machine will automatically limit the angle to prevent equipment damage.

Lubrication System

The worm gear reducer uses lubricating oil, while adjustment mechanisms and bearings use grease. Lubrication must be replaced regularly for optimal performance.
